The opportunity
IceBank Jewellers is a Birmingham-based jewellery brand that we already work with on their wider marketing. They wanted to reach beyond the people already searching for jewellery and put their pieces in front of a culturally-aligned audience that had real buying power.
Hoodrich, also out of Birmingham, has built one of the UK's biggest streetwear followings. Streetwear and statement jewellery overlap heavily — the same audience, the same cultural moments. A direct collab made sense.
What we did
We helped IceBank set up and run the collab end-to-end. Nothing more, nothing less.
- Coordinated the partnership between both teams and aligned on what the launch would look like
- Produced co-branded content showing IceBank pieces alongside Hoodrich's brand world
- Ran paid social campaigns to push the collab to both audiences — IceBank's existing customers and Hoodrich's wider streetwear following
- Managed the rollout, the launch window and the follow-up content to keep momentum after release
The result
The collab brought in +£50k in sales for IceBank and put the brand in front of a streetwear audience that wouldn't have come across them through standard jewellery marketing.
It also opened the door to similar partnership-led campaigns. Sometimes the fastest growth doesn't come from another ad set — it comes from getting your product in front of an audience that already trusts someone else.
